Chase’s Daily reopened a streamlined version of ourselves in June 2023.  We built a small, dedicated, high functioning staff to deliver excellent food and service to our community.  In 2024 we are looking to build on those foundations by adding new faces and energy to our team.    

We are looking for individuals who value small-scale agriculture, farm to fork food, well tuned coffee, casual, honest, attentive service and comradery through shared purpose.   All employees must be open and willing to contribute to all aspects of operation, including cleaning, ordering, service, prep and inventory.

 Our goal is to provide pay equity and living wages to all employees.  We’ve designed our service to be run by a small, tight knit, efficient staff.

All tips will be pooled among employees.  All responsibilities of food preparation, service, and cleaning will be shared.

• Full time/part time 

• Regular schedule

• Weekends off

• Compensation:  $18 + tips

• Barista, cooking, service

All employees will receive an equal percentage of pooled tips determined by hours worked.  Historically Chase’s employees have averaged between 5 - 10 dollars an hour in tips.
